TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read carefully, as these conditions apply to all orders PAYMENT Once you have decided to proceed with an order, the following payment terms are applicable:- i) an order where the production date assigned is less than 3 months - full amount due at time of placing an order ii) an order where the production date assigned is more than 6 months - 50% deposit iii) the balance of the order must be paid 6 weeks prior to production. * by cheque payable to "Bunny Delicious" * credit card payments via paypal (www.paypal.com) to bunnydelicious@msn.com Please note that paypal payments will be charged a 4% transaction fee IF PAYING BY E-CHEQUE, GOODS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL E-CHEQUE HAS CLEARED, WHICH IS 10 WORKING DAYS PRODUCING YOUR ORDER Work will not begin on your order under any circumstance until signed paperwork and a proof (if applicable) have been received. Once an order has been placed, a production date for each stage of the order will be given to you. These dates must be strictly adhered to, as other clients must be taken into consideration. Failure of this may result in your order being put back several weeks, or cancelled if is too close to the wedding date. Where Names are being used, e.g. place cards and table plans, names must be sent by email to ensure correct spellings. Proof- Reading Whilst every pre-caution is taken to ensure all information is correct, It is your final responsibility as a client to proof read check through the wording/dates. By signing all documentation, you are agreeing that all documents have been proof read Custom made Orders (Themed Table Plans/Hen Albums/Honeymoon Albums/Tilly & Tom items) The above items are made based on the information given at the time of ordering. By signing the order, you agree to trust my artistic interpretation of the themed event based on the style of my work shown on the website. Themed items carry a strict no refund policy. Making Changes to an existing Order If changes are made to an order (for example changing the order of names on a table plan, after the final draft has been submitted) where the work has already taken place, additional charges will be made at a cost of £7.50 per half hour, plus material costs if applicable. Cancelling an Order Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit/full amount has been paid, a refund cannot be given if the order is later cancelled - a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued. If an order is cancelled part way through an order, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to that date if it exceeds the deposit amount. Errors, Returns & Damages In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify me as soon as possible by telephone so that the situation can be corrected with immediate effect. - there are no refunds offered on surplus invitations, reply cards and thank you cards. - any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported immediately. DELIVERY I have a love/hate relationship with RoyalMail, and as I care about the work aI create, I also care about who delivers it! To ensure I know where your parcel is at any given time, I used a tracked service from FedEx.
